Head Base
Is there a connection from Pico to Killington? Because there is one cut that comes awfully close.?
When searching on yahoo satelite maps there is a trail that comes down off the peak of PICO and comes extremely close to Ram's Head ABOUT 3 OR 4 TRAIL WIDTHS AWAY about half way up the mountain. The trail then turns away and ends down near Killington access road. I'm trying to figure out if there is a way to ski from this trail to Ram's head base, with or without a little hiking.
It seems possible.
